The Chartered Society of Physiotherapy asked us to help shape and launch ONE CSP, an initiative designed to strengthen members’ sense of belonging through active participation. Our approach focused on clarity, warmth, and accessibility, translating strategic discovery insights into a cohesive campaign identity and animated film. We opened by reflecting members’ real barriers to engagement, then reframed participation as something achievable, rewarding, and relevant at every career stage. By introducing the call to action to sign up as a Change Maker, the campaign moves beyond awareness into action, demonstrating how small steps into volunteering, networking, representing, or campaigning can build confidence, community, and collective impact across the profession.
